Silk PLA 1.75 mm Violet

Purple slik – 1.75 mm in diameter

Purple Silk – PLA-based material with perfect visibility and intended for models only.

Since the material is less strong, it is easier to dismantle supports.

If a stronger material is required, it is recommended to use PLA PRO .

In general, we have 4 types of PLA silk:

1. PLA Silk a single color as in this case Purple Silk
2. Two-color silk PLA
3. PLA Silk Trio (3 colors)
4. PLA eliminated rainbow colors – colors change while printing.
   Suitable for large products otherwise the effect cannot be seen

It is possible for printers that have 4 colors like the X1 Carbon or other printers that have AMS to have the visibility advantage of the PLA Silk with the strength of other materials.

In general works with Generic PLA settings in the Bambu studio slicer.
Two-color or trio must set Silk in the Bambu studio slicer, otherwise it will fail.

You can put it on Silent mode and then the strength will be a little better (slower printing speed).

If a stronger material is required and is still easy to use, it is recommended to use PLA PRO .
